• Provider: A business offering a service (e.g., a plumbing company)
• Professional: An individual frontline worker from that business (e.g.,the plumber who fixed your sink)
How do I get reviews?
Share your QR code or referral link with customers. They can leave ratings, reviews, and referrals in just a few taps!
How can I share my offers?
Create offers in the Offers tab of the Manager app. Members who follow you will see them in their app.
Can I refer other businesses?
Absolutely! Referring to other providers builds goodwill and strengthens your network. Plus, it’s great for partnerships.
What happens if my employee leaves the company?
Their personal reviews and ratings stay with them, but the business reviews remain tied to your profile.
How do I invite customers to join?
Use the app to send invites via email, text, or social media. Your link is pre-populated with a friendly invite message.
Is there a desktop version?
TryMyPro is currently app-focused, but we’re working on making desktop tools available soon. Stay tuned!

Yes! You have complete control over which reviews appear on your profile. Only reviews you approve will be public.
What if I don’t have a physical location?
No problem! TryMyPro works great for mobile businesses—just set your service radius in your profile.
Can I add multiple locations to my account?
Yes! If you run multiple branches, you can manage them all from one login, but each will be a separate Provider account.
What if I get a bad review?
It happens! TryMyPro allows Providers and Professionals to approve reviews before they go live. Use it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
