Why do I need a profile on TryMyPro?
Your profile is your personal reputation hub! It showcases your reviews, referrals and ratings, which can follow you throughout your career.
How do I get customers to leave me a review?
Use your QR code or referral link after every job. A quick ask like, “Would you mind leaving me a review?” makes it easy.
What happens if I switch jobs?
Don’t worry! Your reviews, ratings, and referrals stay with you. Just get your new employer to invite you as a Professional of their Provider account.
How do I share my QR code?
Your QR code is available in the Manager app. Share it via text, email, or even print it on business cards for easy access.
What’s the benefit of referrals?
Referrals build trust and credibility. When someone refers you, new customers are more likely to choose you based on that recommendation.

Can a customer follow me personally?
Members can rate both the business and the individual Professional who did the work — these are separate ratings. Professionals are not independently searchable; they appear within the context of their Provider.
What happens to my ratings if I leave a company?
Your personal reviews and ratings stay with your Professional profile. Business-level reviews remain attached to the Provider’s profile. Both parties keep what belongs to them.
